Through Wyld Works, we’re committed to supporting those leaders by investing in the spaces and networks that help them thrive. That’s why we partner with the Equality Federation, a national organization dedicated to strengthening state-based LGBTQ+ groups and the people behind them.
At its core, the Equality Federation focuses on building power at the community level—providing funding, training, and connection points for leaders working across all 50 states. From leadership development programs to national convenings, their work is designed to equip advocates with the tools, relationships, and support systems needed to create lasting change.
